Graphic art label and online boutique Stereohype – best known for its extensive collection of button badges

Description

Following the success of over a decade of our design competitions and last year's record-breaking amount of submissions we are now pleased to announce the 13th annual one inch (25mm) Stereohype Button Badge Design Competition.

There are two categories you can win in: ‘Single Badge' entries and ‘Sets of 4’. Sets will automatically also be added to the single entries category. Although we love ‘Sets of 4’ – please bear in mind, that we are aiming to give quite a lot of them away one at a time (although sets will be made available in a special packaging).

FL@33 is a multi-disciplinary design studio based in London and founded in 2001 by Royal College of Art graduates Agathe Jacquillat and Tomi Vollauschek. Since then FL@33 has created an award-winning, internationally published body of work, ranging from self-initiated projects to commissioned work for clients from around the world, across many different sectors, regardless of size and budget. From logos to integrated identity systems, intriguing imagery to complete book designs, from poster campaigns to websites, moving image and interior design.
ANASTASIA FROST
Anastasia Frost is a graduate from UWE (University of the West of England), Bristol. "I love playing around with different colours and textures, collage allows me to explore and express my work in a unique way. Recently I have been using photographs of textures to create digital collages that show a visual story"
HOLLY WALES

Previously also known as Eat Japanese Food her work explores a variety of subject matter and is predominantly drawing-based, pushing colour marker pens to their limits. She works with text and multiple layers of colour to deconstructs forms & build dynamic compositions.
RICHARD J. KIRK
Richard J. Kirk was born in 1974 in Monclova, Mexico. In 2002, after studying Communication Design at Kinston University and Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, and a failed attempt at becoming a beach bum, he set up the design partnership Onepom. At Onepom he worked on a range of sports projects for the World Sports group, Parallel Media, American Express, and Evian. In 2005 he consulted on the Signature brand for Harrods, developing a range of products including the character Snooty which became a leading product line. During his time with the studio he also worked on IPO brochures, annual reports and brand applications for companies and private banks within the City of London, charitable work for Treloar’s, and The Lord Mayor’s Appeal. In 2013 after a 3 year hiatus from the design world he founded the design consultancy Manikato. Working as an independent, multi-disciplinary designer, Richard splits his time consulting with both public and private sectors on a variety of national and international projects. The practice produces print, screen and three- dimensional graphics for publishing, marketing, press, exhibition, events, retail product development and brand applications. He is a retained creative consultant within the retail sector, and creative director at the charitable foundation Musique Sans Frontières. When not working Richard can be found in his garden looking after his collection of Mentheae (Mints).
SHERRI FORSTING
When Sherri Forsting does not create whimsical illustrations, she enjoys exploring European countries, Canada, and can’t wait to get an opportunity to travel to Japan and Ireland. As is not uncommon with button badge lovers, she likes going to live gigs and points out that her favorites are Seether, Korn, Kings X, Rob Zombie, and Disturbed. Stereohype loves her colourful and deliciously looking snails.
