Description
Campina International Exhibition of Photography is open for amateur and professional photographers from all over the world. The exhibition is conformed with the rules of Photographic Society of America (PSA), Global Photographic Union (GPU) and Image Colleague Society. This exhibition is PSA approved and acceptances received by PSA members are eligible for PSA Star Ratings, listing in the worl-wide PSA Who’s Who of Photography and credited towards the PSA Distinctions of PPSA, EPSA, MPSA and GMPSA. Acceptances in this exhibition are also eligible for GPU and ICS Distinctions.

CIEP 2017 have 5 sections, all digital, FULLY PSA APPROVED: – COLOR OPEN– PSA PID Color – MONOCHROME OPEN – PSA PID Monochrome – TRAVEL – PSA PTD (color and monochrome) – PHOTOJOURNALISM – PSA PJD (color and monochrome) – NATURE – PSA ND (color and monochrome)
Each entrant may submit a maximum 4 images in one section. The target acceptance rate will be between 25% and 45% in each section. The jury will accord a total of 104 Awards.

SUBMISSION OF WORKS: ONLINE ENTRY FORM (preferred method) Authors must fill out an Online Entry Form on the official website and submit entries online: www.campinaexhibitions.net/ciep/EntryForm
FYLE DIMENSIONS: – Photos must be in jpeg format. – Dimensions: maximum image width (horizontal) is 1920 pixelsmaximum image heith (vertical) is 1080 pixels – File size is maximum 2 MB. – Smaller image are accepted.
Entries must originate as photographs (image-captures of objects via light sensitivity) made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally. By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his own (aliases are not permitted). The entrant permits the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition.
This may include low resolution posting on a website. Note: Entrants who indicate that their images may not be reproduced or used “will not be eligible for awards” or inclusion in audio-visuals of the exhibition “and could be subject to disqualification” by the exhibition sponsors.
The exhibition is open to anyone; however, an entry may be rejected when the sponsoring organization or its agent, in its reasonable discretion, believes the entry does not conform to the exhibition rules and conditions.
Entries are limited to not more than 4 images per section, category, or class. An entrant’s four images will be distributed throughout four rounds of judging in that section.
There are no restrictions as to subject matter except as outlined in the rules and definitions of specific sections, or specified by law in the country where the exhibition is held.
The exhibition assumes no liability of any misuse of copyright. Images may be altered, either electronically or otherwise, by the maker.
Artwork or computer graphics created by the entrant may be incorporated if the photographic content predominates subject to divisional restrictions. All final work must be on photographic film, or on electronic file, or on photographic or electronic print material, mounting excepted.

Jury
ibor Jakab is a “complete” photographer. He creates artistic photos since 1988. More then 650 of his photos with around 2500 acceptances have been exhibited at International Art Photography Salons in 50 countries on 5 continents and have been awarded more then 300 medals. He had 55 personal exhibitions in 15 countries and participated at many group exhibitions. As freelance photo-journalist contributed more than 1500 of illustrated articles to listed newspapers and magazines over 25 years, 1989 - Present. More than 100000 photos published.
Teodor Radu Pantea was born in Oradea in 1953. He graduated from the Galati University, Faculty of Food Industry in 1977 with profession chemical engineer.
At nine, he discovers the world of photography in the laboratory and photo studio of a relative, the great photographer from Craiova, Paul Ivanovici, who becomes his master. When he retires, he embraces the world of photography and in 1999 sets up the "Mihai Dan-Calinescu" photo club at the Military Club in Craiova.
Razvan Baleanu was born in Campina, Romania in 1985. He graduated from the University of Art and Cinematography with Degree in Visual Arts in 2008 and a Master Degree in Media and Journalism in 2010. His love for photography began in childhood, when, at age 12, he took his first photograph. When he was 15, he began to really work on his photography, with its written and unwritten rules, participating at International Exhibitions of Photography with FIAP, PSA patronage.
