Sous l’égide de la Fondation de Luxembourg, la Fondation Akuo a été créée en juin 2011 par le groupe Akuo Energy. Le développement durable s’inscrit au cœur des activités du groupe, fondé par 3 entrepreneurs engagés et convaincus que leurs choix ont du sens pour préserver notre planète. Très mobilisés dans l’engagement philanthropique, les collaborateurs d’Akuo Energy mettent leur savoir-faire à disposition des projets soutenus par la fondation en s’impliquant personnellement dans leur développement. Dans la continuité de cet engament, la Fondation Akuo, souhaite démultiplier son impact et invite ses partenaires à s’engager à ses côtés pour accompagner toujours plus de projets de solidarité.La fondation soutient des projets en France métropolitaine et à travers le monde pour donner accès aux besoins essentiels dans les pays en développement et sensibiliser les populations au développement durable.
Les missions de la fondation sont les suivantes :
- Donner accès aux énergies renouvelables,
- Donner accès à l’éducation et à la connaissance,
- Donner accès à l’eau et aux services de santé,
- Préserver l’environnement et la biodiversité.
Under the aegis of the Fondation de Luxembourg, the Akuo Foundation was created in June 2011 by the Akuo Energy Group. Sustainable development is at the heart of the group's activities, founded by 3 committed entrepreneurs convinced that their choices make sense to preserve our planet. Highly mobilized in philanthropic commitment, Akuo Energy employees make their know-how available to projects supported by the foundation by getting personally involved in their development. In the continuity of this commitment, the Akuo Foundation wishes to multiply its impact and invites its partners to commit themselves at its side to accompany more and more solidarity projects.
The foundation supports projects in metropolitan France and around the world to provide access to essential needs in developing countries and raise awareness of sustainable development.
The Foundation's missions are as follows:
