Tokyo Anti Library: Japan and its people have been at the forefront of a digital revolution since the past four or five decades. The country has long existed between two realms, the old and the "new" world.The aim of this contest is to create a 21st century "public library" that would be in symbiosis with these two worlds, between cherry blossoms ans AI dogs.
