The 44th Nisshin Kogyo Architectural Design Competition:
Bridging means connecting two points that are separated by something between them. The original meaning of bridging is linearly connecting something by crossing over a gap like a bridge. Words such as braces, heat bridges, bridge circuits and guitar bridges are all derived from the original meaning. We hope to see architecture take a role in connecting space, time, and people while constructing rich environments.
